I’m Keri Davis-Duffy, a native San Diegan, real estate professional, entrepreneur, investor, wife, mother, and someone who genuinely loves the places and people that make this city home.

I have lived and worked throughout San Diego—from Hillcrest and the urban neighborhoods surrounding it to Carmel Valley and Coastal North County. That personal history gives me more than market knowledge. It gives me an understanding of how these communities feel, how they have evolved, and how different neighborhoods support different stages of life.

Before real estate, I spent more than two decades building and leading businesses in the professional beauty industry. As the co-owner and president of a multimillion-dollar salon organization with more than 80 team members, I learned how to negotiate, solve problems, lead under pressure, market with intention, and take exceptional care of people. I later sold those businesses and continue to consult and educate business leaders nationally.

Real estate became a natural extension of that experience. I have personally bought, sold, renovated, managed, and developed property—including navigating the complexities of building two ADUs. That firsthand perspective helps me see beyond finishes and photographs. I understand construction decisions, investment potential, property preparation, project management, and the realities of owning real estate.

For my clients, that means honest advice, creative strategy, steady communication, and strong representation from beginning to end. I am not interested in rushing someone into a decision. I want you to understand your choices, feel confident in your strategy, and know that someone is paying attention to every detail.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my family—or playing tennis, biking, swimming, hiking, traveling, exploring architecture, and inevitably stopping at an open house “just to take a look.”

Real estate calls me even on my days off. Honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
